The ground rules for using Majo during our Uniben pilot.
What Majo does
Majo connects buyers with vendors on WhatsApp. During the pilot, payment happens directly between you and the vendor; Majo does not hold your money.
Vendors
We check vendors before they can send offers, but vendors are independent sellers. They are responsible for their products, prices and delivery.
Buyers
Give honest requests, be respectful to vendors and the Majo team, and only accept offers you intend to follow through on.
If something goes wrong
Tell us on WhatsApp or at hello@majo.com.ng. We'll look into it, talk to the vendor, and can remove vendors who don't play fair.
Using Majo fairly
No spam, fake requests, scams, or anything illegal. We can stop serving anyone who breaks these rules.
Changes
As Majo grows (new campuses, payments, WA Shopa), these terms will be updated on this page.
